Audience Operations Manager
Waterperry Opera Festival is seeking to appoint an Audience Operations Manager for the 2025 Summer Festival. The Audience Operations Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient running of Front of House (FOH) and Box Office operations during the Waterperry Opera Festival 2025. This role involves overseeing audience-facing areas, leading FOH and Box Office teams, and ensuring a positive experience for volunteers and festival attendees.

Front of House Manager
Waterperry Opera Festival is seeking to appoint a Front of House Manager for the 2025 Summer Festival. The Front of House Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the Waterperry Opera Festival 2025. This includes overseeing Front of House (FOH) and volunteer steward teams, assisting with audience management, and ensuring a welcoming environment for attendees. The role requires someone who can lead a team, manage a range of logistical tasks, and offer excellent customer service to festival goers.

Residency Manager
Waterperry Opera Festival is seeking to appoint a Residency Manager for the 2025 Summer Festival. The Residency Manager will play a key role in the smooth operation of the Waterperry Opera Festival 2025, ensuring the comfort and safety of all company members residing at Waterperry House. The role involves overseeing the accommodation, managing the team of cleaning staff and volunteers, and ensuring the efficient operation of food services and essential amenities. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
