General Accessibility Information
Wheelchair Access
✔ All performance venues have flat pathways leading to them.
✔ Step-free seating is available in certain venues (see below for details).
Accessible Seating
✔ For performances with reserved seating, designated accessible seats are available to book.
Accessible Toilets
✔ Accessible toilets are available in the car park area.
Hearing & Visual Assistance
✘ We do not currently offer captioning or audio description services.
✘ Hearing assistance devices are not available.
Carers & Companions
✔ Carers or companions can book a ticket at a concession price.
Step-Free Access
✔ Most venues have step-free access.
⚠ The Amphitheatre has step-free seating only in the top row, while other rows require access via steep steps without a handrail.
Quiet Spaces for Neurodiverse Visitors
✔ While we do not have an official quiet space, the festival gardens offer peaceful areas for visitors who need them.

Mainstage Performances
Flat paths lead to the venue. Disabled seating is available.
Don Giovanni – Fully accessible.
Last Night at the Opera – Fully accessible.
Amphitheatre Performances
Step-free seating is only available in the back row. Other seats require access via steep steps without a handrail.
Semele – Reduced accessibility; please book seats in the back row.
Winnie-the-Pooh’s Songbook – Reduced accessibility; please book seats in the back row.
Note: All chairs in the Amphitheatre have seats with backs—this was introduced last year, but some patrons may not have seen them yet.
Ballroom Performances
Fully accessible via a lift.
A World Turned Upside Down – Fully accessible.
Outdoor Performances
Seating is limited—guests are encouraged to bring picnic blankets.
Serenades: Gran Partita – Open-air setting with limited seating.
